Terms of Service

By placing an order with LyssPressOn, you agree to the following terms:

1. Sizing Requirement

   • Made to Order Sets: Customers are required to provide accurate sizing prior to order processing. You have two options:

     • Ordering a Sizing Kit: We highly recommend adding a sizing kit to your order for Made to Order sets for the most accurate sizing.

     • Submitting Sizing via Coin Method: If you choose not to order a sizing kit, you must submit your sizing using the coin method. Steps for this method are provided on the product page for your convenience.

   • Commissioned Sets: Customers are required to order a sizing kit for the shape desired if one has not already been ordered. There is no need to order another kit for a shape you already have.

2. Order Processing
   Orders for Made to Order and Commissioned sets will remain partially unfulfilled until sizing information from customer is received. Failure to provide sizing details may result in delays or cancellation of your order.

3. Order Confirmation
   By submitting your order, you confirm that all provided sizing information is accurate. LyssPressOn is not responsible for ill-fitting sets due to incorrect sizing submissions.

4. Modifications & Cancellations
   Once an order has been processed for fulfillment, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please ensure your sizing and order details are correct before submission.
