Lyss Press Ons, takes pride in creating custom press-on nails tailored to each individual's unique preferences. Each set is meticulously crafted to fit the buyer's nails precisely, ensuring a seamless and comfortable wearing experience. We understand that personal hygiene and safety are paramount concerns, which is why we adhere to stringent quality standards and hygiene protocols throughout our production process.
Due to the personalized nature of our products and the hygiene regulations surrounding personal care items, all sales are final. We are unable to process returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any items once they have been purchased and confirmed as delivered.
Please note the following points regarding our return and refund policy:
Customized to Your Hand: Our press-on nails are meticulously crafted to fit your hand perfectly, ensuring a comfortable and natural appearance. Each set is made specifically for you based on the measurements you provide, and alterations cannot be made after production has commenced.
Hygiene Concerns: Personal care items, including press-on nails, pose significant hygiene risks once they have been used or even tried on. Even if unused, we cannot guarantee the hygiene standards of a product once it has left our facility and been in contact with a customer's skin or residence.
Quality Assurance: We maintain the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in our products. However, if you believe there is a defect in your custom press-on nails, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and we will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
No Exceptions: Our no-return policy is firm and applies to all custom press-on nail purchases, including Ready-to-Ship sets, for reasons previously stated. Although we do not offer refunds, we do provide store credit of up to 40% of your order value, excluding shipping costs. Store credit is issued on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
