Please review the terms below before placing your order. By completing a purchase with Lyss Press Ons, you agree to the following policies:

Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update. 

Sizing Specific: If your sizing is not submitted within 14 business days and your order includes a Made to Order set with a sizing kit, your order will be fulfilled and shipped the next business day using standard sizes. Any nails that do not fit can be replaced through our Replacement Nail option. You'll receive 2 reminder emails during the 14-business-day period. A final (3rd) notice will include the exact date and time by which your sizing must be submitted before your order is processed with standard sizes.

Lyss Press Ons is not liable for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages under any circumstances.

Lyss Press Ons is not responsible for returns due to incorrect addresses. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, as they will have the most accurate tracking information.*

*By placing an order, you agree that if your package is reported as lost, stolen or not delivered, you must first contact USPS and submit a claim for investigation. Once the investigation is completed and the claim is fully resolved, if USPS is unable to locate your package, you will only be eligible for a replacement of the exact item that was originally ordered.
